How is this? How is our sweet little bundle of pink joy now 2 years old?
Presley is amazing and adorable. She is full of fire! She is pure spunk. There are no words to give an accurate picture of how much personality is packed into this little peanut!
She knows what she wants; that is for sure. She doesn't really care much about toys. She does enjoy horses and baby dolls. She might pick one up and play with it for a moment or two, before tossing it aside. But what this little girls thrives on is social interaction. She wants to be smack dab in the middle of the action. And if you are not paying her enough attention, she will find a way to change that.
She loves music. She dances all the time! She loves to watch the Wiggles. She loves to run, jump, and play chase. She loves to swing and go down the slide. She loves to be tickled. She loves her dog. She loves to paint and color. She loves to carry her little purse around and act like she is putting on makeup. She loves to steal Brooks' lego creations and run away laughing. Matter of fact, she loves to do anything that drives Brooks crazy.
There are some things that make Presley very unhappy. She does not like to get her hands dirty. She does not like men with beards. And she does not like people dressed in costumes. She was so terrified of the mascot during a recent basketball game we attended, that she kept her head buried in her daddy's shoulder until the very end.
Presley is a Daddy's girl. She may look like me, but she is a lot like her Daddy. And she has got him wrapped around her finger. I can scold Presley all day long, without so much as a tear from her. But if Dave even looks at her wrong, she bursts out into tears and runs to him. She adores him!
And we adore her!!! Happy birthday baby girl!
