Yes! They do! We have one here in our little town.
We had never been to it, but the kids got invited to a birthday party there. So the whole family went. And yes, Dave and I held hands and skated all around that roller rink. It was our anniversary after all! We felt like little kids again.
Until the next morning, when we woke up sore. Then we felt old. Pathetic, I know. But so true.
