We started at Frisco Square, looking at Christmas lights that are timed to music. And just in case the kids were not hyper enough, we ended the night at a little cupcake shop, sharing a few cupcakes.
We took a little trip out to Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine to see Santa. Presley was still completely unimpressed, but at least this time she did not freak Santa out with her screaming and crying. Maybe next year. Brooks, however, had a great time!
After work, Dave met us at Gaylord Texan to walk around and have dinner. This is a VERY special place to us, as it is where Dave asked me to marry him.
The next day our neighborhood had Santa come to the clubhouse. (On a side note, Santa was only half dressed and on his cell phone when we walked in.) Presley was not the only one that was unimpressed. But at least we got a picture of the whole family.
I don't have a sister. But since the day we met, this girl became the sister I never had! Love her!
