Manicures with Gammy. Gammy was telling Presley about Jesus. Presley was telling Gammy knock knock jokes.
It poured rain almost all of Spring Break, so we had to get creative to keep ourselves entertained.
Jumping in Muddy Puddles
Brooks tested for his gold belt in Karate. We are so proud of his hard work and dedication.

Arts and Crafts Fun
With the weather so mild, we decided to spend Easter Weekend at the cabin.
Brooks was trying to do some serious bird watching.
But his little sister kept scaring all the birds away.
Easter Egg Hunt
About 5 minutes from the cabin, there is a weekend getaway ranch, with lots of horses and other animals. Since they weren't too busy, the lady let us come out and ride the horses. The kids did amazing! Such a beautiful day too!
Afterwards, we went for ice cream at the Burger Barn.
All You Can Eat Crawfish + Live Zydeco Music = Happy Cajuns
I volunteered to help in Bubba's classroom for a few hours.
So Sissy got to spend time in kindergarten.
Grandma and Grandpa came for a Spring visit. I think this is the first time that the weather has cooperated for one of their visits. But it was absolutely perfect! We spend lots of time outdoors, playing basketball, going to the Arboretum, and eating on patios. They got to go to one of Brooks' karate lessons, and one of Presley's horse lessons. Presley got to meet baby Angel, a 2 week old horse.
Grandma and Grandpa watched the kids overnight so Dave and I could attend the Jesuit Auction, and stay in the hotel that night. After a lazy morning together, we met everyone for Brunch at Bonnie Ruth's.
