Missy and I have been friends for 33 years now...literally, since the day she was born. Our moms were best friends when we were born, 2 weeks apart. Since then, we have had a very special bond. I am so thankful for the friendship that we have. It's pretty amazing that we have stayed so close since I moved from Lousiana when I was 10 years old. Even at that age, we wrote letters, called each other, and visited. And somehow, we have stayed great friends through it all. What a blessing it was for her to come visit for the weekend.
